Summer Solstice Gathering 
Thursday 21st June – Sunday 24th June
A long weekend of community, activist, art and nature workshops and events, including the Tour de Frack on Saturday. If you can, please bring some supplies so we have enough food for everyone – we rely completely on donations. This will be a family friendly event with a focus on nature and the campaign at Leith Hill. Dogs are welcome if they are kept under control – we have chickens on site and are near a road with fast cars. The celebration will be alcohol free during the daytimes.

Ceremony with Keiron Morgan
A ceremony to welcome Lady Etherley as the new patron of the camp
Flag making session to create beautiful bike flags for the Tour de Frack
Holographic Projector Meditation
Guided meditation using a holographic projector to energise our vision
Film Screening – climate change – we created it, we can solve it! A thought provoking documentary

Saturday 23rd June:
Tour de Frack
Cycle tour of Surrey drill sites
After the tour short massages will be available at the camp for tired cyclists.
Join us for some tasty vegetarian and non-vegetarian food
Bring a mat for a free yoga class with a local teacher

Sunday 24th June:
Red Room Leith Hill
Red Room to take place at Leith Hill Protection Camp this month, with walking and sitting meditations and harmony singing. Bring food for sharing after at 1:00pm
Building a Society for the Future
Throughout history there has been conflict between good and bad. Can we break the cycle and build a just and caring society that is stable and enduring? This looks at possibilities for creating the foundations of this, bringing together the components of individual strength, community, and action
Candle Vigil for Leith Hill
Join us for a short peaceful vigil at the gate, followed by a walk with candles round the site
Drum Sphere
Bring your drums and djembes for the first ever Drum Sphere

– Paint, hide and photograph your rock and add to the rock hunting collection at Leith Hill Protection Camp
Donation Only Free Shop
– Some of the supplies that we have received with gratitude are now available to you in our Donation Only Free Shop, find something you like and pay what you feel, helping to raise money for camp funds
Clay Oven Making
– Come and learn how to make a clay oven
Banner Sewing
– Join in with a communal project to make a beautiful banner

Tour de Frack – Cycle Tour of South East drill sites
Saturday 23rd June
3 cycling routes of differing lengths to suit a range of cycling abilities. Begins in Dorking, and the final stop at the end of the day will be at Leith Hill Protection Camp for food and music.

Candlelit Vigil at Leith Hill Protection Camp
Sunday 24th June, 6:30pm
To close the Solstice Gathering there will be a short silent vigil at the site, a walk round the site with candles, followed by bonfire & chai tea at the camp
